In three solid analytical paragraphs, place any two texts we have read this semester in conversation (i.e. dialogue) with one another. I don’t mean this literally as if they are characters. Options might include considering the two works’ similarities and differences in terms of theme(s), position toward/effect on the reader, where they agree and diverge, relationship to historical context, main conflicts, narration, tone, or other stylistic elements and literary tools we’ve talked about. Don’t try to do too much at once—focus on one main area of comparison.
