Three groups will be compared: a control group (no treatment), a group with general exercise programs and a group with a specific program designed based on closed kinetic chain exercises for VMO. Although as part of the sampling process a computer randomization has been planned, you are afraid that the variables of gender and previous physical activity might alter your results. What statistical analysis will help to control for the presence of this confounding variable?
