I know that, if I change my mind about testing remotely, I may take the exam in the classroom at the designated time. I know that if I do not take the exam remotely, as scheduled, I will not be allowed a makeup unless the exceptions in the syllabus apply. 

I understand that I may be required to EMBED an image into an answer field. Practice embedding an image by inserting a picture of the calculator you will use during the test.

I have reviewed Using HonorLock for Remote Exams and all linked materials. I verified that my computer satisfies the minimum technical requirements for HonorLock proctoring. I will NOT access the exam from any location on the OCC Campus.

I know the test will be available 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time to complete the ID verification process. I will remove all notes, textbooks, electronic devices, and phones from the immediate workspace so nothing is within 3 feet of the workspace.
