Return to the ensemble that you nominated for Part II, where you will find the Spotify album that you need to discuss [10-18 sentences total]. Now, actively listen to at least :20 minutes of music from that album (taking notes while you listen) and then write some notes in your own words that includes: a brief Introduction (3-5 sentences), a Discussion of Musical Materials of at least 2 tracks from the album (6-8 sentences), and a brief Conclusion (1-3 sentences)1. Introduction (3-5 sentences): Based on what you read in the nomination packet from Part II only, include some biographical information/fun facts about the artist/ensemble and a synopsis of style/genre that the artist/ensemble is known for (plus featured instruments or voices). Finally, end with a statement of your overall interpretation of the theme/concept of the album as a whole based on the :20 of music you listened to.2.
