Linda Shocknek is building Sebastian Central, a mid-price point residential development in Meredithtown. Ms. Shocknek, her lawyer, and her civil engineer applied for a zoning variance. Hearings were held before the Zoning Commission, which approved Sebastian Central’s development plan with conditions.
