Wayward was easily distracted by all the activity, and Wayward crashed his vehicle into the old Manias Manor building that was being prepared for demolition. (See Exhibit xx.) Because there was no fencing around that building, once Wayward hit the building, bricks easily fell upon Wayward's car causing much more damage than if Wayward had hit a "regular building."
