Any infractions of these requirements may be susceptible to academic sanctioning per USF 3.027 Regulation.  If my video goes blank, I will contact the Honorlock tech support immediately. Any missing videos will count as a zero for the exam (retakes are not permitted). If my face is not FULLY visible for more than a minute, during an exam without prior authorization from the course professor or TA, my earned exam score will be a zero (retakes are not permitted). I understand the following are required: A photo ID (student ID or Government issued picture ID) An operational webcam with sound A quiet private location Question: I will oblige to all of the above (and those stated in the course syllabus) policies and procedures for completing all online quizzing and examinations.
