Reаd the fоllоwing scenаriо аnd then match which question goes with which question type. Salesperson: SarahCustomer: John Sarah (Salesperson):Hi there! Welcome to Tech Solutions. How can I help you today? John (Customer):Hi! I’m looking for a new laptop, but I’m not sure where to start. Sarah:Great! What do you primarily plan to use the laptop for? John:Mostly for work and a bit of light gaming. I also travel a lot, so portability is important. Sarah:Got it. Are you looking for a Windows or a Mac laptop? John:Windows. Sarah:Perfect. For portability, we have options with different screen sizes. Which of these would you prefer: a 13-inch, 15-inch, or 17-inch screen? John:I think a 15-inch screen would be a good balance. Sarah:Excellent choice! Do you need any specific software or features, like a touchscreen or extra storage? John:I’d like a decent amount of storage, but I don’t think I need a touchscreen. Sarah:Based on what you've told me, I’d recommend this model here—it has a 15-inch screen, great storage capacity, and is lightweight for travel. Does that sound good? John:Yes, that sounds perfect!

Reаd the fоllоwing scenаriо аnd then match which question goes with which question type. Salesperson: JakeCustomer: Emily Jake (Salesperson):Hi, welcome to Elite Motors! Are you here to check out a specific car, or are you browsing for options? Emily (Customer):I’m not sure yet. I’m looking to upgrade to a new car, but I’m not sure what would suit me best. Jake:That’s exciting! What’s most important to you in a new car? Emily:I want something reliable, good on gas, more space, and maybe a bit more stylish than what I have now. Jake:Are you looking for an SUV? Emily:I’m thinking SUV, for the extra space. Jake:We have several types of SUVs. Do you prefer compact SUVs like the Honda CR-V, mid-sized like the Toyota Highlander, or a full-size option like the Ford Expedition? Emily:A mid-sized SUV would be ideal. Jake:How do you plan on using the SUV—mostly for commuting, road trips, or daily errands? And will you need a lot of cargo space? Emily:I’ll mainly use it for commuting and weekend trips. I don’t have a big family, but I want enough space for luggage and outdoor gear. Jake:Based on that, how important is fuel efficiency compared to having more horsepower and performance? Emily:Fuel efficiency is pretty important to me, but I don’t want the car to feel sluggish.  I one time had car that looked nice, but had no power.  I also didn't like how the car handled in the winter season . . . .  . Jake:If you’re looking for a balance of power and efficiency, would you consider a hybrid SUV? It’ll give you great fuel economy without sacrificing performance. Emily:I hadn’t thought about hybrids, but that could be a good option. Jake:It sounds like you’re open to hybrid models. Do you have any concerns about them, like charging options or long-term maintenance? Emily:I’m a bit concerned about the maintenance, but I like the idea of saving on gas. Jake:That’s a valid concern, but hybrid SUVs today have come a long way in terms of reliability. I can show you a model that has a great reputation for low maintenance costs and excellent gas mileage. How about we take a look at the Toyota Highlander Hybrid? Emily:That sounds good! Let’s check it out.
