As discussed in yоur syllаbus, cоllege cоurses require much self-discipline, аnd this is а fast-paced course where it will be easy to get behind! College science classes typically require ~2 hours/credit hour/week (~8-10hrs) to prepare for and succeed in class. It will be important to develop a realistic routine to read the lecture material and lab manual, complete the additional assignments, and study adequately for each assessment. I am here to help you along the way, but the responsibility ultimately falls on YOU! Think about what a realistic study schedule might look like for you, and explain that in the following text box. It's okay if this plan shifts throughout the semester (we can always adjust it later on), but this is a great way to set your best intentions for the class from the very beginning and help set you up for success!
