She came in fasting, anticipating labs. PMH includes hx of tonsillectomy only. Nonsmoker. Occ. ETOH intake. Married, no children. Has been taking OTC B12 along with her prenatal vitamin to try to help the past month, but has not noticed any difference in fatigue levels. LMP is chronically irregular- thinks her last one was about 6 weeks ago. Family history: Mother with T2DM and HTN; father with HTN and hyperlipidemia. Sister is healthy/no medical issues.
