Social/Work: Walks or uses public transportation as primary transportation. Works as an architect requiring him to stand or walk for long periods (reviewing construction sites). Outcome Measures: LEFS 64/80 PSFS- running 3/10 Crossing legs 6/10 Examination Findings: Posture: Left femoral Internal Rotation and Adduction L Genu Valgum L Calcaneal Valgus/eversion A/ PROM: WNL bilateral lower extremities except pain with L knee terminal extension MMT Right Left Hip Flexion 5/5 5/5 Hip External Rotation 4+/5 3+/5 Hip Extension 4+/5 4/5 Knee flexion 5/5 4/5 Gait: Stance Phase: Excessive L pronation noted through stance phase
