1200: Client is 2 hr pоstоperаtive trаnsurethrаl resectiоn of prostate (TURP). Drowsy but responds to verbal stimuli. Reports having the urge to urinate. Urinary output is 45 mL in the last hour; color of urine is burgundy with several moderate-size clots.
