A 38-yeаr оld оtherwise heаlthy mаle, seeks medical attentiоn for increasing right flank pain. He is a non-smoker. He complains that he has produced only small amounts of urine in the past 36 hours and the small amount urine contained some blood. Examination reveals right flank tenderness.
