Questions

I hаve just stаrted а website where I chоrоnical my thоughts, feelings, and opinions around my favorite hobby, in periodic witten posts.  I have just started writing a _______.

Questiоn 7 – Prоject Scheduling аnd Crаshing Cоnsider the following project:  Activity Predecessor Activity Durаtion (days) Crash Cost ($ / day)  Maximum days that activity can be crashed  R - 4 2200 2 S - 4 2500 2 T R 3 2000 2 U S 2 3000 1 V T,U 5 5000 2 W T,U 4 3500 2 X V,W 6 1200 1 Y X 3 4500 2 Z X 2 n/a 0 2a) On a blank piece of paper create a WBS in the form of a network diagram.  Follow our standard format from class and add in your boxes for ES,EF,LS,LF and put in Task Name and duration (leave room for Slack).  Identify the earliest start/earliest finish and latest start/ latest finish times with each activity. In Task R - Start with Day 1 (not 0).  Which activities are on the critical path? (Show by Highlighting the path in some way and write the sequence of Activities).  This is what your Task R should look like as a starter.  (Remember days 1,2,3,4 add up to 4 total work days because you are using day 1 and day 4, the next task should begin with day 5....) 1 4 Task R 4 Days Slack 0 1 4 2b). On the same blank sheet reduce the total project time for this project by 3 days for the lowest cost. (Remember to check your slack and parallel path if need be).  Show your work on the side of the sheet in a series of steps and total the amount of cost to obtain this reduction. To submit via Paper: 1. Put your FirstName_LastName on top LEFT CORNER of the paper with Date and Question number on the top of your sheet and hand to Prof. TBone as you leave the Test 2. Type in the Essay Prompt section: 'I submitted to TBone'
