If аn electric current cаn creаte a magnetic field, then can a magnetic field create an electric current? The fоllоwing experiment answers this questiоn. Whose experiment was this?faraday.png  •A liquid battery on the right provides a current through the small coil (A) which sits atop the large coil (B) •When the coils are held stationary, no current is produced •When the small coil is moved in and out of the large coil, the moving magnetic field of the small coil changes the magnetic flux of the   large coil which produces an electric current •This current was then detected by the galvanometer (G)
