Soon after PEAPA is enacted by Congress, a state legislature enacts a state law that mandates: 1 – that all employers in the state are barred from requiring that their workers be vaccinated as a condition of employment, but permitted to require that workers have weekly tests showing them to be free of infection 2 – that any employer who requires masks as a condition of entering an indoor environment business operated by that employer - voluntarily or in order to satisfy the requirements of PEAPA – take all feasible steps to allow any of their workers and customers who object to wearing masks to work in, or receive service at, an outdoor environment where masks are not required.
