Jоse аnd Mаriа Sanchez were married оn February 14, 2001 in Girdwоod, Alaska. They have three children together. Their oldest daughter, Angelica Sanchez, just turned 19. The middle child Alejandro Sanchez was born on March 22, 2013, and their youngest Carlos Sanchez was born February 8, 2020. The Sanchez’s have lived in Alaska their entire marriage.  When the parties first married, Maria was working as a nurse and Jose as a carpenter. When Angelica was born, Maria stopped working to be a stay at home mom. She let her nursing credentials expire and did not keep up with any continuing education. She has not worked any job outside the home since 2005.  Meanwhile, Jose was able to start his own carpentry business in 2007.  The business really began taking off in 2015 when his custom cabinets were featured in a popular design magazine. What started as a modest business now grosses over $3 million in revenue each year.  Maria has a modest retirement account from her time as a nurse; she made contributions to this account from March 1, 1997 to March 1, 2005. Jose has a pension from the Carpenter’s Union and a Roth IRA he started contributing to in 2010 and has been contributing to ever since.  The parties purchased the home they live in on June 2, 2005. They also purchased a small plot of land and built a cabin in 2010. Jose believes the home to be worth $600,000 with a remaining mortgage of $196,000. The plot of land and cabin he believes is worth $75,000.  Jose drives a 2022 Dodge Ram he believes is valued at $35,000. Maria has a 2023 Porshe Cayenne that Jose believes is worth $100,000.  Both vehicles were bought outright with no loans. They also have an RV, a 4wheeler and 2 snow machines.  As we recall, Maria had a love affair and moved to Florida to be with her boyfriend. She took only her car.  Please identify what assets you believe are marital and if the whole portion is marital or just partially.
