Musculoskeletal: Moderate bilateral finger grasps, moderate bilateral dorsiflexion and plantar flexion Integumentary: clean, moist and intact, pale, no ecchymosis.   0900 Medications: lispro (Humalog) subcutaneous AC/HS - sliding scale glargine (Lantus) 15 units subcutaneous  PRN Medications: glucose 16gram chew tab po - for blood glucose 40-69 glucose 32gram chew tab po - for blood glucose
