Belоw аre the wаys we will be in cоntаct thrоughout the semester: Course announcements will be posted frequently on Canvas. You are responsible for checking Canvas Announcements Monday through Friday for updates to lessons, due dates, and assignments. Student working group discussion boards will be set up during the first few weeks of class. You may use these to ethically collaborate and discuss course material. A dedicated email inbox is used for most course correspondence. We do not use Canvas messaging -- please send all course-related questions to CAS-ToothmanSTA2122@usf.edu. We are usually responsive Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. Please allow 24 hours for a response during the work week and 48 hours over the weekend. Be professional and courteous – make sure your messages include full words, sentences, and salutations. Office Hours are conducted over MS Teams and offer you the opportunity meet the instructor or TAs to discuss course lessons and clarify assignments. Some sessions must be scheduled while others may be available on a “drop-in” basis. Where do you send a message when you want to get in contact with Dr. Toothman or a course TA?
