Begin by discussing the processes and procedures you would use to develop the intervention/practice/strategy designed to enhance undergraduates’ social and academic integration. Once the intervention/practice/strategy has been developed, describe how you would evaluate the efficacy of the intervention/practice/strategy you have developed to impact undergraduates’ social and academic integration.
