PART II – Essаy *Pleаse chооse ONE оf the following questions аnd provide a detailed response incorporating themes and events from lecture, as well as the primary documents from your readings. Also, be sure to identify and answer all parts of the question in order to receive full credit.    1.) One of the most important debates taking place within the young Republic was the need for a more formal Constitution and in 1787, the Constitutional Convention would meet in Philadelphia to begin working on just such a document. What series of events led the development of a formal Constitution in the years following the American Revolution? Secondly, once underway, what major arguments dominated the Constitutional Convention and how were these debates eventually resolved? Be sure to support your argument with several key terms and specific examples from lecture and your readings.   2.) Although the War of 1812 remains relatively overlooked in terms of its importance to American history, this unit we’ve seen just how big of an obstacle it truly was to our fledgling nation. Using relevant key terms and supporting examples class, briefly describe the origins of this struggle, as well as how the United States was able to avoid disaster in declaring war against the British Empire without detailed preparations. Who did the war catapult to national stardom and who found themselves in shambles as it ended? Finally, what was the conflict’s lasting influence on the nation and its people in the decades that followed? Be sure to support your argument with several key terms and specific examples from lecture and your readings.   3.) Over the course of this section, how have we seen the rapid growth of American internal improvements and technology in the 19th century drastically influence nearly all aspects of the nation between 1800 and the 1840s. Using several of the leading examples we've covered in class, highlight the plan behind this development and show how this transformation actually took place on the ground. What effect was it was having on not only the political / economic structure of the country and its rapid growth during the era, but on its social relationships as well?  Be sure to identify several of these infrastructure improvements / inventions and provide several key terms and specific examples from lecture and readings to support your answer.   4.) Perhaps no other individual has come to embody his era more than President Andrew Jackson does in the 1820s and 1830s. Using relevant key terms and specific examples from your readings and classroom lecture, briefly support this statement showing how changing events within the country paved the way for Jackson’s rise in years leading to 1828. How was Jackson different than those six men who held the office before him and what elements of his persona seemed to both epitomize and polarize Americans of the era? What did he accomplish while in office? How did Jackson’s personal prejudices and aggressive political policies come to shape his presidency for good and bad, as well as greatly influencing American development during the decades that followed? Be sure to support your argument with several key terms and specific examples from lecture and your readings.    

The pаtient repоrts, "sprаining" his аnkle оne week agо playing basketball. Pain is 0/10 at rest, but intermittently increases to 5/10 at end of day. He is unable to run, play basketball, and walk long distances (> 1/2 mile) without some discomfort. He is currently playing in a recreational basketball league and would like to return to play in 2 weeks. The patient is currently wearing a lace up stabilizing brace. Radiographs were taken 2 days after injury and were negative with regard to any fracture. He reports having had multiple episodes of rolling his ankle without traumatic injuries.   Objective examination On initial examination there was mild swelling over the lateral ankle.  The patient complained mild pain pain at the anterior talocrural joint line, the anterior talofibular ligament and, and the distal fibula. Ottawa ankle rules are negative. Range of motion at the ankle which involves combined talocrural and subtalar motion was limited in dorsiflexion and eversion on the involved side. An anterior drawer test was positive. Instability of the subtalar joint was evident upon inversion mobilization testing. Gait was antalgic but the patient was able to bear full weight on the ankle. Strength was limited in dorsiflexion (4/5) and eversion (3+/5). Balance was impaired with inability to single limb stand on the involved side for greater than 10 seconds.   According to a recent clinical practice guideline which of the following is not a prognostic factor associated with re-injury:
