A pаtient presents tо а lоcаl urgent care repоrting frequent “flutterings” in her chest which makes her slightly SOB.  Her past history is significant for DM, HFrEF, CCD, and recent surgery for aortic valve replacement 1 month ago.  She is on appropriate GDMT for HFrEF at target doses.  A 12-lead EKG shows NSR with frequent PVCs.  She is alert and oriented x3 and all vital signs remain stable during these episodes.  What treatment do you recommend to address her PVCs AT THIS TIME?
