Pete аnd Deb were bоth 25 yeаrs оld аnd had been dating.  Pete wanted the relatiоnship to become more serious, but Deb wanted to see other men.  Pete became aware that Deb had a date with John.  Pete hid in bushes outside of Deb’s home and waited for John to bring Deb home after their date.  After John had left and Deb had gone inside her home, Pete went up to Deb front door and banged on the door demanding to be let in.  Deb told Pete to go home.  Instead Pete kicked the front door of Deb’s home open and entered Deb’s home.  When Deb yelled at Pete to get out, while they were facing each other, Pete grabbed Deb by her arms and threw her into the hall closet and held the door shut.  Deb began to shake, cry and plead with Pete to let her out of the dark closet but Pete said he would only do so if she agreed not to see John ever again.  After a few minutes, Deb agreed and Pete let her out of the closet. Immediately upon getting out of the closet, however, Deb grabbed glass ash tray and threw it at Pete.  Pete was able to dodge the flying ash tray, but grabbed Deb’s cell phone and violently threw it to the floor destroying the cell phone. Pete then left Deb’s home and started for his car that was parked in front of Deb’s neighbor’s home.  Following Pete, Deb grabbed a potted plant off her front porch, and when Pete started to drive away, Deb threw the potted plant at Pete’s car denting the car’s hood.
