Writing Assignment #2 Cаrl wоrks аs аn accоuntant fоr SuperTech, a fast and upcoming successful software company.  Carl was running late to work when he saw his usual bus arriving at the bus stop across the street.  Knowing that the next bus wouldn’t come until 30 minutes, Carl runs across the street without looking both ways or using a cross walk and is hit by Farah who distracted because she was looking for her cell phone which had fallen to the car floor.  Farah's car hits Carl which breaks one of Carl's leg.    An ambulance shows up and takes Carl to the hospital.  Unfortunately, Carl's ambulance makes a wrong turn down a one way street and is hit by another car driven by Yuichi causing Carl to suffer a brain injury.   While recovering in the hospital, Carl brings a lawsuit against Farah for his injuries, specifically the broken leg and brain injury.      #1 LIST what laws apply to: Carl’s lawsuit against Farah for his (A) broken leg (B) brain injury?  Do not Explain, just list the laws in bullet point form.  Answer (A) and (B) separately.
