Use at least two of the four principles of somatosensory plasticity highlighted in the article (practice makes perfect, fire together wire together, dream it to achieve it, use it or lose it) to support your answer.  (There isn't a specific answer I'm looking for here; I can think of at least 10 possible mechanisms, and I'm sure you'll come up with more.  I want to see you using scientific reasoning to support your hypotheses.)
