Are there any clinically significant drug interactions that necessitate a change in therapy? Are there any renal or hepatic dosing considerations that are important for this patient? Are there any contraindications or warnings that pertain to this patient that should be addressed? Are there any drug allergies that should be considered? Questions to ask this patient to identify possible "Safety" MRPs: NOTE: This is not all-inclusive. You may have come up with other information in addition to what is listed below. Any dizziness or lightheadedness? (lisinopril) Any dry cough? (lisinopril) Any heart palpitations, tachycardia, increased blood pressure, anxiety? (phentermine) Any muscle pain?
