The patient tested COVID negative 2 days ago at home and in clinic today and also tested negative for COVID and influenza. Past medical history is positive for migraine headache. The patient takes no regular medication and has no known medication allergies. Vitals: B/P 112/78; Pulse 88 bpm; Respiration 22; T 101.6; Oxygen saturation 95% On physical exam the right lower lobe percusses dull, and crackles are also auscultated in the right lower lobe. A right lower lobe pneumonia is confirmed by chest x-ray.  What treatment plan is most appropriate for this client?
