His O2 sats were 96% on room air.  Diagnostic values include: WBC 19,600 units/L,   Hgb 11. 6     Hct 48.3%    creatine 1.2 mg/dl   serum glucose 220mg/dL    serum amylase 500 U/L   serum lipase 300 U/L   serum sodium 140 mEq/L     serum potassium 2.9 mEq/L    serum albumin 2.8 mg/dL After evaluation, the patient is admitted to the ICU setting for acute pancreatitis.
