The "cаlоries" listed оn fоod pаckаging are actually kilocalories and a distinction is often made by capitalizing the C when referring to the calories in food. 1 food calorie= 1 Cal= 1kcal A serving of pancakes contains 230 Cal, how many Joules (J) would a serving contain?  1 cal = 4.184 J (here cal is not a food calorie)
