If you also know that segments 2 and 4 contain N-linked oligosaccharides, You are given an image of the topographical map of this protein below.  Which side of the ER membrane (A or B) would be the ER lumen, and which would be the cytosolic side?  For full credit, briefly explain your answer and rationale. b. Describe the charge distribution around the first start/stop sequence that would result in the orientation shown above. Be sure to briefly describe why this is the case: (+) = area consisting of some positively charged (basic) amino acids,  (-) = area consisting of some negatively charged (acidic) amino acids
