The Grаcey curette differs frоm the universаl curette becаuse it has:
I hаve reаd the cоurse syllаbus and/оr attended a live class оrientation. I understand the contents of the syllabus, quiz/exam policy, and late assignment policy as follows: I understand, unless prior arrangements have been made with the course instructor, late assignments will be penalized 10% per day. No late assignments will be accepted after 7 days from the due date. Furthermore, no late assignments will be accepted after Day 1 of Week 14. I understand all of the work for this course must be my own and cannot be copied and pasted from internet sources. Additionally, I understand all work must be cited per the most current edition of APA format. I understand that I may not reuse assignments in any format and that this will be considered plagiarism. . If I have a concern about the course, I will follow this chain of command for resolution: First, I will contact the course instructor. If the course instructor cannot resolve the issue/does not respond within a reasonable time frame (at least 24 hours),I am to contact the Associate Department Chair of the MSN Program. I understand that my course instructor is there to help me and I am to reach out to her/him as needed. I understand that professionalism is an integral part of being an advanced practice nurse and will abide by code of conduct and code of ethics outlined in the CoHP handbook. Particularly, I will be professional in all communications, including emails with staff and faculty. I will also abide by the DU social media policy. I understand that all quizzes and exams are one attempt, closed book, closed notes and closed resources. I will not share the exam contents with anyone and I will not save / copy any test questions. Any behavior other than noted above may defined as cheating as outlined in the CoHP handbook. I also understand that I am responsible for reading when the exams open and close and adhering to the times they are open and closed. Exams will NOT be reopened for missing the closure of the exam. Most importantly I am here to learn about Pharmacology and grow my knowledge base in my masters nursing education!
