Answers are limited to 1 word. There is one essay, worth 25 points.There are 15 short answer questions worth 3 points each, for a total of 45 points for this portion of the exam. Answers to the short questions may not exceed 40 words (excluding case citations, e.g., "RUPA Section 701(a)." If you include more than just the case citation, it will be counted against the 40 word limit. Words in excess of this limit will not be considered in grading your exam. Since this is, in fact, an examination on the law, you need to cite the actual law (i.e., pinpoint citation to statutes and cases) in your answers – not just general statements of legal concepts or facts. Read each question carefully, before responding.
