Supine place heel on opposite knee, slide heel down shin toward ankle 2. Stepping over & around obstacles, while carrying a light weight box 3. Alternate flexing & extending knees, while tracing a fine line of the mat 4. Supine flex & extend hips and knees with heels off the mat
