Suppоse а grоup оf reseаrchers conducted а randomized controlled trial to determine the effectiveness of a drug-use resistance intervention in which adolescents. In the intervention condition, teenagers attend three interactive lessens with role play focused on building skills to resist drugs when offered. In the control condition the teenagers receive a pamphlet with tips on how to resist drugs when offered. In total 300 adolescents were included in the randomized controlled trial, of which 152 were randomized to the intervention condition and 148 were randomized to the control condition. After two years, the participants were asked if they used drugs since the start of the study. The data from this study are summarized in table 1.   Table 1.
