He is mostly sedentary at work and does not have time to exercise after work; on average, he gets about 10–15 minutes of exercise every day. Blood pressure = 126/95 mm Hg  Justin follows a vegan eating pattern and typically consumes 4 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables each day and exercises 45 minutes every day. Justin's typical lunch is bean burritos on tortillas made from blue Indian corn, a tomato/onion/cucumber/sesame seed salad with soybean oil and herb dressing, and a big bowl of fresh strawberries. Blood pressure = 100/76 mm Hg
