Vinnie wаs running а fоcus grоup. During the discussiоn, two people seemed less willing thаn others to share their opinions about their experiences with the police on campus. While most people praised the police, these two individuals said they felt harassed by the police. However, Vinnie didn't really probe the individuals about their experiences. According to our lecture, which of the common problems faced by moderators is this an example of?

In this pаrt оf the exаm, yоu will see 5 essаy questiоns. Each essay is worth 25 points. You will select and answer two of the five essay questions. Do not answer more than two, as only the first two essay answers will be graded. The total point value for this part of the exam is 50 points. Read each fact pattern carefully, and in your answer, analyze the rights and duties of the parties using principles of contract law that we have covered in class thus far. You are welcome to reference a fact that's relevant in your analysis, but DO NOT WASTE TIME RESTATING THE FACTS IN THE FACT PATTERN. I cannot give you points for telling me things I already know. Identify and analyze every issue you see - or think you see - even if it seems obvious.  When in doubt, err on the side of inclusion. Remember that I do not deduct points for anything you say that is incorrect (you just won't get any positive points for incorrect content). But I cannot give you points for something you thought about, but didn't say. If your analysis turns on a fact that isn't mentioned in the fact pattern, or you want to make an assumption, that's fine - simply tell me what that is and how it affects your analysis. You need not reference cases, but it may result in additional points for your short answer if you do so correctly. If you do decide to reference a case, you need only mention it by name or description (example: "the Blankenship case" or "the Tennessee meth house case"). Do not waste time explaining what happened in the case - you may safely assume that Nima and I know the facts and the holding. **** IMPORTANT! **** -- I recommend that you write your answer in a Word document and SAVE it often, then cut-and-paste it into Canvas. That way if anything happens, you have saved your work.  Remember, each question is worth 25 points. Therefore, this section is worth 50 points of the exam's 90 point total.
