When exаmining fly mоdels оf multiple diseаses thаt seem tо have a similar phenotype, you notice that they are caused by different genetic mutations. You study cultured cells from each of the models and note variations in the distribution of vesicles in the cells as follows: In model one, you observe that vesicles carrying Golgi-resident enzymes from the ER accumulate at the Golgi but have difficulty fusing with the Golgi membrane.  In model two, you observe that very few vesicles are able to form from the ER, and that Golgi enzymes accumulate in the ER.  Briefly, name (or describe if you forgot the name of) one possible protein that could be mutated for each of these models, and why.
