Reаd the repоrt аnd аnswer all questiоns.   On the day оf his death, Steve went to his job site, snorted several lines of cocaine, and tried to concentrate on his job. Within half an hour, he became agitated, developed a pounding headache, and experienced a terrible anterior pain just below his rib cage. When the pain began to move into his chest, he asked the homeowner to call 911. When the paramedics arrived, Steve was on the ground, sweating profusely and in obvious pain. His blood pressure was 220/160 mmHg, and his heart rate was 140 per minute and erratic. During the ambulance ride to the hospital, Steve’s pain intensified and he described it as a “knife-like stabbing and ripping sensation going through my chest and out my back.” As it turned out, those were his last words. There in the ambulance, siren blaring, Steve died. Because of his young age, and the circumstances of his death, an autopsy was done. There were several findings of note including a perforated nasal septum and a ruptured aorta. Samples of urine, blood and bile were sent for drug analysis. The possession, cultivation, and distribution of cocaine, for non-medical purposes, are illegal in the United States. Extracted from the leaves of the coca plant, cocaine is a neural stimulant. Cocaine acts by reducing  the reuptake of the neurotransmitters serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. In the central nervous system (CNS) cocaine binds to a dopamine transporter protein that helps reuptake dopamine after it has been released into the synaptic cleft. By blocking the reuptake of dopamine, cocaine effectively enhances the postsynaptic stimulation of this neurotransmitter. Dopamine-rich areas of the central nervous system, collectively known as the "reward pathway," are the source of the feelings of euphoria and the high associated with cocaine use. The drug is highly addictive, and over time the effect diminishes, leading to persistent craving and the need for greater amounts to achieve the desired high.      Question: How does Cocaine acts as a neural stimulant ?

Reаd the repоrt аnd аnswer all questiоns. Rоy’s eye exam showed the most common cause of low vision in the United States, a cataract. Although the changes were seen bilaterally, his right eye was affected to a much greater degree. A cataract is a clouding of the optic lens. The clouding results from the crystallization of the lens proteins which causes diffusion and scattering of light, much in the way light is reflected and bounced around inside a cut diamond. The effect is a poorly focused image seen through a white or amber cloud.     Question: What is the best description of a Cataract?
