The patient's mother reports her son coming in from playing on their swing set in the back yard and telling her he didn't feel well. His mother states her son passed out in the living room and fell onto the carpet. He woke up fairly quickly and she picked him up and layed him on the couch. The patient complains of shortness of breath and weakness. The patient presents pale, cool, and sweaty.
