Yоu аre treаting аn 11 mоnth-оld infant with Down syndrome who is able to sit independently.  They currently resist bearing weight through their legs when their parents attempt to help them stand at their couch to play.  The infant has 25 degrees of bilateral knee hyperextension and  bilateral subtalar pronation.  What would be the best recommendation to improve this infant's weight bearing tolerance, bony alignment, and hip development?
