The fоllоwing twо (2) questions аre relаted to the sаme clinical scenario. A 68 year old female presented to the hospital with altered mental status, fever, and cough.  Initial labs revealed a serum sodium level of 122 mEq/L, urine sodium 54 mEq/L, serum osmolality 260 mOsm/kg, urine osmolality 135 mOsm/kg, and a CXR showed a right lower lobe consolidation suspicious for pneumonia.  Home medications listed in her chart included: furosemide PO for hypertension, atorvastatin PO for hyperlipidemia, famotidine PO for GERD, and sertraline PO for depression.  She appears euvolemic on exam and is hemodynamically stable.   The AGACNP suspects a diagnosis of:
