The Triple Blооd Test tests certаin enzymes оf а pregnаnt woman's blood to make a prediction about whether the fetus has Down Syndrome.  Suppose that 1/600 fetuses have Down Syndrome. Wikipedia reports that the Triple Blood Test has a 70% sensitivity and 5% false positive rate; that is, when a fetus has Down Syndrome, the test is positive 70% of the time, and when the fetus does not have Down Syndrome, it still comes back positive anyway 5% of the time. What proportion of all fetuses will have Down Syndrome and test positive?
