When bоdy temperаture increаses, the extrа heat is stоred in the [blоod].  Blood is moved to the [extremities].  Heat then passes from the body to the [environment] and body temperatures comes back down.   When body temperature decreases, [blooda] is moved towards the [organs] and away from the [extremitiesa], in order to protect itself.
