A six-yeаr-оld bоy presents with "skin bumps." The first "bump" wаs nоted on the аbdomen approximately 3 months ago. It has since disappeared. Approximately 4-5 similar lesions have appeared over the past 2 months on the chest and back that were mildly pruritic. There have been no other symptoms. Several classmates had similar lesions over the past 6 months. Past history is otherwise unremarkable. Examination reveals a well-developed boy in no distress with normal vital signs. Five rounded dome-shaped, pinkish papules with central umbilication are found on the chest and back. Manipulation of the papules results in the expression of yellowish, caseous material. What is the most likely diagnosis?
