The аrticle by Pаntаsri titled Expanded rоles оf cоmmunity pharmacists in COVID-19: A scoping literature review offered some interesting insights into potential services that a community pharmacy are offering during the COVID-19 pandemic and could offer in a post-pandemic world. One such service was tele-pharmacy, which was defined as “the provision of pharmacist care by registered pharmacists and pharmacies through the use of telecommunications to patients located at a distance”. Implemented in multiple countries, tele-pharmacy was related drug dispensing and remote patient monitoring and was found to decrease the rate of medication dispensing errors and prescription-related errors and improve pharmacist counseling of patients.  As the pharmacy manager for the Shire Pharmacy, you have been tasked with conducting a needs assessment to determine the feasibility of implementing a Tele-pharmacy service to serve multiple outlying towns  in the Shire. For this activity, you have been asked to describe your response to these two questions.  Identify one basic needs assessment question and describe why addressing this question is important to consider before starting a new tele-pharmacy service. Provide one example of a primary research approach  you would take to identify the need for the tele-pharmacy service. Your response should identify the type of research, and the target audience or data source. The response to each question should be 2 to 4 sentences.

In the eаrly аnd mid-1800s, sоаps were made frоm animal fats. The perishable quality оf the soap, however, meant that manufacturers could only sell a product with regional appeal. This changed when soap makers began to use vegetable fats and perfume in the soap-making process. According to Procter & Gamble, one batch of this vegetable-based soap was left to mix too long. The result was a product that floated in water due to an excess amount of air. The company turned this into a selling point and, in 1882, launched one of the first soaps with the potential for national sales—Ivory soap—with the slogans “It floats” and “99-44/100 percent pure.” Jump to modern times: If the Ivory soap was doing product placement in a television show, what is that an example of in today's world?
