A chest X-Ray was ordered to confirm placement of the dialysis catheter. The catheter is in proper position. 2300: The client has suddenly started to produce urine and has put out 2000 mL in the last two hours, however, the provider is still planning to initiate a hemodialysis treatment for this client. 2330: The dialysis nurse has arrived and a hemodialysis treatment has been started.
