I understand that I must keep my notes clearly visible to the camera at all times during the exam. I understand that it should be clear throughout the exam that I am not using any other notes/devices--my eyes must be on the screen or clearly on the required handwritten notes only. I understand that breaking exam guidelines may result in a zero or significant point deductions. To receive credit for this exam, I agree that I understand and will follow these guidelines.
