Why dо peоple enter pоoling аrrаngements? Given their benefits, why don’t most people simply form their own pooling-of-losses аrrangements rather than involve insurance companies?

The clinic physician would like to intensify her antihypertensive regimen today to better control her blood pressure that is not controlled with three first-line agents.
