At about 15:30, the family checked on her and found her on the floor of the bedroom with an open bottle of "heart pills" beside her. The prescription is for Verapamil 10 mg/tablet. There are 10-12 pills on the floor. The prescription on the bottle was for 60 tablets. The bottle is empty.
