This cаse exаmple аpplies tо this and the next questiоn: Fred is a 30 y/о male (he/him) with a SCI following a bungee jumping accident 2 weeks ago.  The results of his ASIA exam are as follows:  Motor: UEs: Elbow flexors = 5 bilaterally.  Wrist extensors = 3 on R, 4 on L. Elbow extensors = 0 bilaterally. Finger flexors = 0 bilaterally. Finger abductors = 0 bilaterally.  LEs: All key myotomes = 0 bilaterally.  Voluntary anal contraction absent. Sensory: light touch and sharp/dull intact to the thumb bilaterally, impaired along the medial arm, absent below.  S4-5 sensation/deep anal pressure present. How would you classify Fred's SCI diagnosis?
